Generally, our hire period is for up to 7 days. However, we try to be flexible. If you need the bin for an extra day or two, we do our best to accommodate as long as we have enough notice. If you need the bin longer than an extra couple of days, it may be a possible for an additional charge.
You can pay the driver with cash or cheque on delivery, or by credit card over the phone when placing the order. We don’t actually debit the card until the morning of delivery, or Friday afternoon if your bin is being delivered on a Saturday. We accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can arrange to pay by EFT as long as we receive payment prior to the day of delivery.
You can have any mix of rubbish in our 2 cubic metre to 12 cubic metre skip bins. Weight is not an issue in these size bins. Also, we sort all the waste at one of our transfer stations, so you do not have to worry about separating recyclables. We do that for you.Our 15 cubic metre to 30 cubic metre bins are not suitable for very heavy material. NO sand, concrete, bricks or tiles can be put in these bins due to weight restrictions. Suitable rubbish would be furniture, green waste, timber, metal, plastic, cardboard etc.Materials that cannot go into our bins unless especially arranged are: asbestos, supersix fencing, car tyres, food waste, liquid, oil or paint tins with liquid still in them, car batteries, tree stumps greater than 30 cm in diameter.
Safe practice is not to have rubbish over the top of the bin.
If you call the office first thing in the morning, and if it is possible to get the bin to you of course we will. However, it is always best to try and place your order at least the day before to avoid any disappointment.
Delivery days are Monday through to Saturday.
Yes, our 2 cubic metre to 10 cubic metre lift on bins have a ramp for easy wheelbarrow access.
Our 10 cbm to 30 cbm hook lift bins have rear doors so you can walk in to the bin which is often convenient if you want to carry and place material, rather than throwing it in.
